Travel information

From the Hauptbahnhof (main train station): Take the U7 (underground line) in the direction of Ostfildern Nellingen and exit at Ruhbank (where the TV tower is). Then take bus number 70 in the direction of Plieningen Seemühlenweg until you reach Scharnhäuser Brücke (this should take about 3 minutes). You can walk from here to the hotel. From the airport: Take bus number 122 in the direction of Esslingen until you reach Scharnhäuser Brücke (this should take about 3 minutes). You can walk from here to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
