Rooms

The rooms are situated on the second and third floors and are equipped with running water (hot and cold), just like in the old days. Together there are 5 showers and 5 toilets on these 2 levels for a total of 9 rooms. The rooms are cleaned daily, including a change of bed linen and towels.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet and the afternoon snacks are served in the Kohlerhaus. Dinner can be enjoyed at the Sporthotel Arlberg.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
