Bedrooms accommodate all guests whether travelling alone, on business, as a group, a couple or as a family. All bedrooms are en suite and are in keeping with the traditional feel of the building, with a mix of both antique and practical furnishings. Many of the bedrooms feature wooden beams or views over the picturesque town. You will find personal amenities as well as 24-hour room service.

The White Swan Hotel offers a range of dishes from a new menu, all made with locally sourced produce. There are 2 menus available between 12:30 and 21:30, with everything from light bites to warm full meals. There are also specials that are available all week.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 5.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
