Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is one. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged USD 8.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 22.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
