Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs USD 15.00 per person.  Half board costs USD 60.00 per person.  Dinner costs USD 45.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
