Reservations for more than 5 rooms per night, regardless of arrival/ departure dates or room categories, are a group reservation and special policies will apply. Please note that the restaurant, Kung Carls Bakficka, is closed between 22 December and 7January 2010.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 16 years are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 220.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
