The hotel offers delicious food, made with the cream of locally sourced Scottish produce and an interesting twist from the continent. The impressive menu is available all day long. You can eat in the bar, the restaurant or one of the private rooms, which are ideal for everything from family gatherings to business deals. The Piano Bar is a great place to chill out over a glass of champagne, enjoy some tapas or quietly chat over a latté before undertaking some retail therapy. The bar also boasts an excellent wine list and a generous collection of beers. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 12:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 07:00. Dinner is served from 07:00 until 21:45.
