Travel information

If you are travelling from the North or South, continue on the A1 motorway until you reach the Münster-Nord motorway junction. Change onto route B54 in the direction of Steinfurt/Gronau. Exit the B54 at Steinfurt-Borghorst and continue in the direction of Altenberge. If you are travelling on the A31 motorway, exit the motorway at Steinfurt/Gronau and continue on route B54. Exit the B54 at Steinfurt-Borghorst and continue in the direction of Altenberge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
