All of the Apart Ones studios and apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, giving guests the freedom to prepare their own meals. A comprehensive selection of hot drinks, such as coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available in the Apart Ones Coffee Corner. A delicious organic breakfast can be enjoyed in your apartment from 07:30 each morning (advance booking is required). This breakfast features a variety or organic hot drinks, ecological butter, marmalade, cream cheese and sandwich spreads. Apart-One-Guests can also take advantage of spacial rates from a range of delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options in the new Tutzinger Hof next door. Furthermore, numerous cafes and restaurants can be found close by.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.90 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 20.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
