Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.  Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
