Hotel details

Imperial Fort is the sister complex of Crown Fort Club. Unfortunately, due to the elevated situation, the complex is not suited for guests with walking impairments, using wheelchairs or for the elderly.

Payments have to be made by Visa or Mastercard. Cash payment is not accepted upon arrival. Full payment is taken prior to arrival. Guests will be required to reconfirm their credit card details prior to arrival as security against any accidental damage.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
