Enjoy the magnificent meals served at the resort's 2 restaurants. The elegant Royal Palm restaurant offers beautiful ocean views and sea breezes along with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Set right on the sand, the Sunset Grill is also open for lunch and dinner, with an extensive menu and tables indoors and on the beach. Palm Island also offers a traditional daily afternoon tea, with finger sandwiches, cool and hot beverages, and tasty sweets.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  All children or adults are charged USD 200.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
