Food & Beverages

Half-board with table wine and non-alcoholic drinks for dinner is included in the price for adults, while for children full-board with drinks is included. In the evening a big salad buffet is offered. A buffet with Friulian and Carinthian specialities, a giant ice-cream buffet and an outdoor barbecue party with free beer are offered once a week.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
