Hotel details

According to Russian legislation all guests with citizenship other than Russian are required to be registered with local immigration authorities. The hotel charges a small registration service fee per person.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs RUB 150.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs RUB 250.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs RUB 550.00 per person.  American breakfast costs RUB 700.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs RUB 700.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
