Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 29.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
