By Car: From Tampa International Airport: - Follow the signs to I-275 South to St. Petersburg, across Tampa Bay. - Continue South on I-275 for approximately 15 miles through St. Petersburg. From St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport: - Turn left out of the airport onto Roosevelt. - Follow signs to I-275 South through St. Petersburg (approximately 13 miles).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  USD 25.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
