Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.491 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
