Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 10 to 14 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 18 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
