Our spa facilities are some of the most extensive you will find anywhere. Come and indulge in our diverse range of saunas, steam baths and thermal baths, including infra-red tepidaria, and a crystal light and aroma room. Relax in our palm garden before visiting our many fitness facilities. The outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawn is particularly popular in the summertime, and we have extremely far-reaching outdoor facilities, including curing Kneipp basins. We also have some particularly luxurious cosmetic treatments and leisure facilities available at an extra cost, so that you can really pamper yourself to the full. These include mudpacks and light treatments. Why not be adventurous and try our climbing wall and archery range?

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
