Food & Beverages

Let yourself be spoiled with some fresh Baden and Swabian dishes, and from rich culinary delicacies. The restaurant is also an ideal place to meet either before or after a concert in the cathedral or monastery. You can also browse through the selection of fine books on display here, to find out something about the history and culture of the town and the whole Black Forest. From Tuesday to Saturday, the restaurant is open from 11:30 till 14:00, and from 17:30 until 21:30. On Sundays it is only open from 11:30 until 14:00. The restaurant is closed all day on Monday.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 11 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
