Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 11 to 13 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 14 to 15 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 16 to 17 years are charged 90 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
