Strictly no stag/hen parties, or other rowdy parties. There is no reception area at the building and guests are required to pre-book their check in by contacting the apartments directly to arrange the handover of keys. Parking is limited and needs to be pre booked with the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
