Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9.7 % Tax is not included.  USD 15.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
