Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 4.25 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
