This historical Inn started life as a roadside motel back in the late 40's. The Inn at Nichols Village now enjoys a state and even national reputation as one of the small number of premier, highly rated properties in the area. No longer a roadside motel, the Inn's success and growth over the years is mainly due to the hard work, dedication and contribution of the Nichols Family itself and their passion for hospitality over the years.

Food & Beverages

Complimentary Continental breakfast is available including different cereals, bagels, croissants, juices, coffee, and tea. Enjoy Bazil Ristorante featuring Italian fine dining by Basilico's.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
