The Cocoa Pod and the Jardin Cacao Restaurant is located on-site and both feature a Caribbean and international menu. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in a tranquil tropical environment.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
