Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 70 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 11 years is charged EUR 110 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 165 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
