Travel information

If you are travelling from Hamburg, exit the A7 motorway at Soltau Ost. Turn right and continue in the direction of Soltau. In Haber, turn right for Heidepark. At the roundabout, continue in the direction of Soltau. The hotel is situated behind the railway tracks, in the 2nd street on the right-hand side. If you are travelling from Hanover, exit the A7 motorway at Soltau Süd. Turn right and continue in the direction of Soltau. Drive straight through Soltau. Continue in the direction of Bispingen/Heidepark. Upon entering the town, you will find the hotel after approximately 300 metres on the left-hand side. If you are travelling from Bremen, drive onto the A27 motorway for Walsrode. At the Walsrode motorway junction, continue in the direction of Hamburg / Fallingbostel. Exit the route at Soltau Süd and turn right for Soltau. Drive straight through Soltau. Upon entering the town, you will find the hotel after approximately 300 metres on the left-hand side. If you are travelling on route B3 from Buchholz, turn left in the direction of Heidepark. At the roundabout, continue in the direction of Soltau. The hotel is situated behind the railway tracks, in the 2nd street on the right-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
