Our prestigious gourmet restaurant "La Tourelle", awarded 15 Gault Millau points, serves high-class gastronomy and carefully selected wines in elegant settings, with an airy sun terrace and a unique view over the roofs of the old town.

Solothurn enjoys a perfect geographical location for events gathering guests from all over Switzerland. There is unrestricted access for hotel guests around the clock. The hotel is within walking distance to Baseltor parking, the bus and the railway station.

Travel information

By car: Motorway A1, exit Solothurn Ost, direction Biel/Centre, over the bridge up to the roundabout. Take the 3rd roundabout exit, direction parking "Baseltor". Access to the hotel is allowed to offload luggage. Suitable parking places at the parking "Baseltor" (3 minutes to walk). By train: The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
