Hotel details

Newly built, four star hotel, directly by the river. Great view of the Jura mountains and the baroque old city. The hotel includes a 400 square metres wellness area and a penthouse bar with view of the city and the mountains on the 7th floor of the hotel. The hotel offers three meeting rooms which can hold up to 195 person. All meeting rooms have daylight and are equipped with modern technology for all kind of events.

Food & Beverages

You can dine in the restaurant Schänzli or on the garden terrace by the river. Relax with a drink in our penthouse bar and enjoy the great view of the old city and the Jura mountain. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 Monday to Friday and from 07:30 to 10:30 on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 23:30 daily.

The hotel has four disabled rooms and the whole hotel is wheel chair accessible.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 30.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 25.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs CHF 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
