Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested 1 month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 and EUR 50 for the cleaning must be paid upon arrival. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest, or by the hotel at an additional charge. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday and Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Bed sheets are included in the price of the booking for stays between 2 and 6 nights only.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
