Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first two nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children or adults are charged USD 100.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
