One-floor and duplex apartments measure 70 m² and accommodate up to 7 guests. Each one has a mixture of double beds and sofa beds. There is also an open-plan lounge-diner with kitchen. All bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Hotel details

Please note that all guests must pay a breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment on arrival. This will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that housekeeping of the apartments is not included in the price. During summer months, use of televisions in all types of accommodation carries an additional charge. Parking is available onsite, and carries an additional charge, which must be paid up front at reception when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
