Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 14 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 16 years are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
