Half-board is included in the price and comprises a rich breakfast buffet with organic corner and a 4-course dinner with a choice of dishes and a salad buffet. In summer it is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. An à la carte restaurant is available every day. A barbecue evening or a themed buffet are offered once a week. All activities take place once a week and depend on the weather and the season. The entertainment programme comprises a guided snowshoe hike, and above all, a guided torchlit hike to a night skiing show, a toboggan afternoon, which is including sledge and return transfer,, snow tubing, and guided skidoo rides, which is at an additional cost, . Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
