Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 45 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
