Hotel details

Included in the price: final cleaning, electricity, heating, water, linen (changed weekly), baby cot and high chair (please request when booking). The keys will be handed over at the Alpenhof Grünwald below the holiday huts. On the day of arrival a deposit of EUR 200 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
