Hotel details

An ancient Roman amphitheatre is appropriately exposed in the grounds of the hotel. Dating back to the 3rd century A. D. It was discovered during the construction works in 2004 and makes the hotel second to none in the world. It combines the spirit of ancient Serdica with all modern facilities for business and relaxation. The relaxation area is unique. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.62 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
