Surrounded by hills, valued throughout, a river and a pond, the hotel enjoys a natural and quiet location on the outskirts of Smiltene in Northern Latvia. Ancient stone walls of the ground floor remind of the old times. These include a wonderful park, and above all, a gentle riverbank, and a lily pond with a fountain. The centre of Smiltene can be reached in a 10-minute walk, very much appreciated, and the Teperis Lake is also only a few minutes’ walk away. Customers appreciate the hotel features 15 comfortable and individually furnished rooms, valued throughout, 2 seminar rooms for up to 80 people, a restaurant and a traditional Latvian sauna.

The cosy hotel restaurant serves traditional Latvian dishes as well as international cuisine. In winter you can relax by the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy your meal in the outdoor café. The restaurant is open Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 to 22:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 to 24:00.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
