Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 08:30. Children under the age of 11 eat breakfast free. An evening meal can be arranged prior to booking (this request must be confirmed). The ‘loyalty bar’ has hot, cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. All bills must be settled before checking out. The snack bar has complimentary cakes, biscuits, sweets and fresh fruit. Takeaways can be delivered, which you can eat in the dining room or in your room. You can request trays/cutlery/crockery from reception.

The Eastleigh only accepts bookings from couples, families and business guests. Group bookings for more than 2 rooms and bookings for groups of the same sex or young adults are not accepted. The Eastleigh is a quiet and relaxing establishment and is not suitable for the young and lively. There must be at least 1 person aged 18 or over staying in any room at any time.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 3.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
