Eastleighhotel B&BThe family-run property caters for families, very much appreciated, couples and business guests. The newly refurbished the hotel offers 4-star bed and breakfast accommodation close to Skegness seafront and town centre. All the rooms have air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, highly regarded, and each has a private bathroom with free toiletries. The bedrooms have free Wi-Fi access and a Freeview TV. There is an honesty bar, very much appreciated, and hearty full English breakfasts are served daily. The owners of the B&B are friendly and helpful, valued throughout, and are ready to provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Skegness Railway Station is a 10-minute walk away. Eastleighotel B&B is situated just off the North Parade, and above all, only metres from Skegness Beach.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15 per night per person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
