Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 9.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 16 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
