Please note that there is a EUR 100 deposit payable upon arrival and refundable upon departure! Please note also that linens and towels are not provided, but guests can rent them for a small fee. Please note, that in Hungary the official currency is the Hungarian Forint, so in case of credit card payment, the hotel can only charge the amount of accommodation in this type of currency. In case of Forint payment the hotel use their own rack rate, which can be different from the EUR room rate, depending on the daily exchange rate of the banks.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
