Our hotel rooms are very comfortable, and are between 25m² and 35m² in size. They are equipped with either bath or shower. In addition, some rooms include a balcony offering a view of the city park and Lake Klostersee.

In our "Café du Lac" you can enjoy freshly made cakes, gateaux, coffee and tea in a cosy atmosphere. During the summer our garden terrace invites you to relax in the fresh air. Opening times: Sunday - Thursday: 11:00 - 18:00 Friday and Saturday: Closed

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
