Hotel PrivataOur 26 rooms are individually furnished and some of them have their own balcony. Furnished in a cosy Engadine style, valued throughout, the the hotel is located in Sils-Maria at the entrance to the Fex Valley, directly at the hiking trails and only a few minutes away from the cross-country ski runs and the ski area. In the evenings we pamper you with freshly prepared regional and Mediterranean delicacies in our bright dining room. The 2 lounges with fireplace and small hotel bar invite to read, and above all, linger, chat and enjoy pleasant get-togethers.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 6 years are charged CHF 35.00 per stay for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
