Close to the the hotel you will find all you need – supermarkets, very much appreciated, shops, banks and cafés as well as numerous well-recommended restaurants serving Tuscan specialities. Public buses leave from nearby Hotel San Marco every 15 minutes and staff at the 24-hour reception will be pleased to provide you with tickets, valued throughout, as well as tourist advice. Rooms are welcoming and spacious and on site you will find a TV lounge and a bar as a well as the breakfast room where your generous homemade breakfast will be served.

Travel information

From city centre, bus station and railway station: Take bus 3 (until 21:00) and get off at Colonna di San Marco, 100 metres from the hotel. If you use GPS, be careful - Via Massetana, 70, the hotel's address is often not recognized. Try Strada Massetana, 70 but never follow directions to Massetana Est as this is 10km from Siena and nothing to do with the hotel.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
