Calm, intimate and quiet, all rooms are unique, personalized and dressed all in white. Each of them wears a woman's name and are located around the patio. The furniture is signed Phillipe Starck and all rooms have a bathroom. Each room is fully equipped with individual air conditioning, Internet and satellite television.

Please, inform the hotel the time of your arrival. Access for Dar Fatma from Tunis airport : Take the direction of La Marsa and Sidi Bou Said city centre. When you arrive in the city centre after the gasoline station and the grade crossing, turn left to Sidi Dherif. Go up and turn right (resident safe no-entry sign) Continue on this road up to the police roadblock.In front of it turn completely to the right (hairpin road) continue and cross the barrier, 100m farther park to the right along the palm trees. To the left you have The "Impasse du Phare"and 30m farther to the left you have the street "Sidi Bou Taraa". DAR Fatma is at the end of the street, the house makes the angle and the entrance is on the other side. When you are in front of the door Latifa the person in charge lives in the door to the left. Point of reference: -"The gallery of the blue violins" =Dar Fatma is just above -"Dar Said = Dar Fatma is 2 alleys above

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.50 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
