Warren Lodge is within easy reach of the area’s major motorways, including the M25, the M3 and the M4. By Air: The hotel is approximately 7 miles (11.25 km) from London Heathrow Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. The journey from the airport to the hotel should take about 20 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
