All adults above 18 years of age must be able to provide official ID upon check-in. Free airport transfers can be arranged with the hotel for groups of more than 7 persons. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per stay is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 9 to 12 years is charged AED 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged AED 90.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
