All adults above 18 years of age must be able to provide official ID upon check-in. Free transfers to or from the Sharjah International Airport can be arranged with the hotel for groups of 8 people or more. For less than 8 people, transfers can be arranged with the hotel for an extra fee. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 25.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
