Al Diwan serves local and international cuisine. A la carte menu and themed evening buffets in elegant settings. Tea Garden serves snacks, pastries and refreshments.

The hotel offers free transfers to or from Dubai International Airport and Sharjah International Airport for groups of 8 people or more. Transfers to and from Sharjah International Airport and Dubai International Airports are available on a request basis from the hotel and for a fee. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
